"It is still beautiful to feel the heart beat, but often the shadow seems more real than the body. The Samurai looks insignificant Besides his armour of black dragon scales."

My work "The Winner" addresses the myth that only "successful men are winners". We are taught as little boys to become the "best", the "strongest" and the "bravest" We are asked never to show real emotion. To cry is an uncontested sign of weakness. This is maybe one of the biggest lies in our upbringing. Most men become a clone of their fathers and only the brave pursue what they themselves wish to become. Once again, do I need to say more?
